I have a passion for music and enjoy listening to most types. Music is a form of therapy that can bring profound grounding. It gives me a clear perspective on whatever issue(s) I’m dealing with. One of my favorite quotes is: “Where Words Fail Music Speaks.” (Hans Christian Andersen 1805 – 1875). I have had many challenges in my life. During those times, I attributed my bounce back to an ability to love unconditionally, speak after listening, and a ‘live and let live’ school of thought.

• As a certified Instructor, I am well-versed with the ins and outs of computer hardware and software. I’ll keep you abreast of technical challenges you may face in this global social society we live in.
• I Fancy myself as a techie with a passion for travel. My love of traveling has taken me to different parts of the globe. I’ve learned that we are all the same (Humans) with the same innate desires: to serve a higher power, protect and provide for our loved ones. Hence, I’m at home wherever life finds me.
• Along with that, I hope to bring a unique spin on how to protect yourself from viruses of another kind, whether newly divorced or certified single.
• Also, I’ll explore with you non-tradition remedies that soothe mind, body, and spirit. For instance, don’t underestimate the healing power of bathing in bath salts under a dim golden light while a white candle flickers softly. I’m talking about the need to destress and let your body heal itself.

Sometimes we need a ‘reboot’ from the stressors of life, a time to calm our spirits. It’s my desire to share with you some tips and tricks I use in my ‘Self Directed’ reboots.
