Recharge Daily
Here’s something profound and life-changing to think about…
Our ever-evolving mind and body must renew themselves often to remain stable. I’m learning more about the benefits of mandating ‘ME Time’ where pulling away from paying or fretting about bills, doctor’s appointments, and even what’s up for dinner tonight, is not as important as it appears.
SO, MAX, WHAT IS IMPORTANT AS IT APPEARS??? THE ANSWER IS YOU!!!
Because we are unique—a person within a person, Me Time varies from individual to individual. I have found that some form of meditation carries the ball on renewing oneself daily. From my learned perspective, meditation means to simply take a break from the cares of the day to recharge.
I have learned that meditation has a different meaning to each of us and can be executed in countless ways. It is discovered over time and develops perfection based on an individual’s belief system.
Question: So, Max, what do we need to recharge from?
Answer: The over-processing of our lives. Our POWERHOUSE (aka Brain) must have time to recuperate from all the conflicting, convoluted, and kracky thoughts we’ve crammed inside its parts. Quite frankly, we have to recharge to keep depression at bay!
The Face Of Depression
Can we imagine the face of depression,
Dried and yellow, huffing with no concession,
At times, it forces us to feel ill,
Until, we use shear will to make it be still!
